Certified Professional Guide

I’m Andrea Giardina, a certified tour guide and professional fishing Captain, but more importantly, a lifelong sea lover. Fishing has been in my family for three generations. Both my grandfathers first took me out when I was just a little kid, and honestly, I never really came back to shore! My dad, a passionate spearfisherman, even taught me the old-school Sicilian trick of catching octopuses with my bare hands—a tradition I’m proud to keep alive.

I’ve spent years travelling and fishing across the world—from the Caribbean to the Pacific and the Indian Ocean—looking for the next big thrill. But the more I traveled, the more I realized that Sicily is unbeatable. There’s nowhere else where the Mediterranean mix of history, volcanoes, and wild nature is this powerful. Between the world-class fishing and the incredible snorkeling and trekking, this island is a playground all year round.

My mission today? To share the Sicily I love with you, its hidden spots and stories

Every trip is unique, built with deep respect for the land and plenty of room for curiosity, flexibility, discovery, and that “wow” factor that makes a trip stick with you forever.

Since 2017, I’ve been one of the very few official tour guides in Italy specialised in boating and fishing guiding, allowing me to offer a more comprehensive experience.
